Anybody can get involved with TPoSA. The abandonment of babies is a socio-economic phenomenon that affects all walks of life and impacts heavily on our country. Everyone CAN make a difference.
Donate money
The Place of Safety or Foster Care family has to carry the emotional burden, but you can help to carry the financial burden by making a donation or signing a debit order.
Donate goods or services
We have an extensive needs list from where you might also be able to pick items that you would like to donate, or are able to offer us preferential, discounted rates through your company.
Donate your time and home
We always need more Place of Safety parents. If you are blessed with a loving heart, adequate resources to look after a child, and a supportive network of friends and family, we would love to hear from you.
Christmas Prezzie Boxes
The Tshwane Place of Safety Association’s Christmas Prezzie Boxes collects Christmas gifts for abandoned, abused, traumatized, orphaned, sick, HIV positive and socially disadvantaged babies and toddlers, by utilising a network of families, friends, schools and churches.
TPoSA is blessed to receive material and financial donations on an ongoing basis.
It is an amazing experience to witness how involved the community of Tshwane is in assisting children in crisis and how much they care to change the circumstances of these children. Throughout the year we were blessed with amazing donations, which we put to excellent use.
